We are happy to announce that at our RGU2 Convention on April 25th, we will be holding our first ever Cosplay (costume) Competition. Free to enter, you can register at the event or you can pre-register with us via email or facebook message. We will also add you to our Cosplay e-mail list for full event details.  All children who apply will receive a free gift from RGCW!

RetroGamersWinnipeg will be at Wonderland Festival on April 11-12. Drop by and attempt to set the best scores on a few of our RGCW Retro Challenges (FOR FREE) and win tickets to April 25th's RetroGamersUnite (RGU2). Last year was an amazing Retro Gamers Unite Convention! The place was packed, prizes were won, rare items were found and everyone had fun! Make sure you buy your tickets now for RGU2! Bigger venue, more events and prizes! This year, a portion of the proceeds go to Child's Play charities , but we're also supporting the local Extra Life Group and raising supplies for Soul Sanctuary' s efforts in Winnipeg Communities.   With the popularity of Amiibos from Nintendo, there has been request for Amiibo Tournaments at future RGCW events. We're more than happy to oblige and have set forward the following guidelines to ensure everyone's enjoyment!

With the popularity of Nintendo's Amiibos, PNP Games' Amiibo tournament was a very popular and the people demand it again! Retro Gamers Winnipeg is happy to oblige! PNP Games is sponsoring Retro Gamers Unite 2015's (RGU2) Amiibo Tournaments! Yes, that's more than one. Train your Amiibos however you wish leading up to April 25th, then unleash your monster in all out matches between other local trainers at RGU2 right beside PNP Game's vendor tables to win some awesome prizes to be announced.   Just a reminder! At RetroGamersUnite2015 we will be hosting our famous 2on2 Super Smash Melee Tourney! Last year we had over 110 people register to compete and it was a great time!
